California’s gambling scene is defined by tribal casinos and cardrooms, with steady debate around bringing casino play online. The framework is still taking shape, and momentum ebbs and flows with each legislative session. So, most of the top California casino sites are based outside of the state. Nowadays, any top online casino operator needs to work on mobile. We look for sites that function seamlessly in a mobile browser. We like to see popular casino games are optimized for mobile, and that 90% of all desktop games are available on the mobile casino. Bonus points go to the brands that have a dedicated gambling app which is regularly updated for iOS and Android. In our casino reviews, we also like additional extras such as mobile-accessible live chats or even app-specific bonuses. Everything you’d expect on a desktop—just pocket-sized. A proper mobile casino won’t cut features; you still get bonuses, fast payouts, and full game libraries. If you’re scanning a top 10 online casino guide, always check how smooth the mobile site or app feels. A laggy table or slow slot load is the quickest way to spoil a session.
