Covers has been around for over 30 years, and as a team, we have a cumulative total of hundreds of years of experience in the online gambling industry. We thoroughly and expertly evaluate every online casino — be that U.S. real money online casinos, sweepstakes casinos, or the best Canada online casinos — and recommend only the most trustworthy places to play using our Covers BetSmart Rating criteria. Cirrus Casino, now operating under the name Dreams Casino, is part of the Virtual Group. This group has a long history of slow and delayed payments, withdrawal stalling tactics, and voiding legitimate winnings. Whether or not to play is ultimately up to the player, but we strongly urge caution when dealing with any casino associated with this group. Welcome bonuses reward new players for their first deposit, typically matching a percentage of the deposited amount up to a maximum value. Some of the types of welcome offers include match bonuses, welcome packages(bonuses spread across 3-5 deposits) and highroller offers. Welcome bonuses require meeting wagering requirements before withdrawal, typically 30x-40x the bonus amount. Always read terms for game weightings, maximum bet limits, and expiration periods.
