A producer haunts a horror game from Bandung called DreadOut to make it a film. Even though game DreadOut is not finish yet, the producer is still want to make a film version of this game. The progressing in making this game is only about 40%. The game is still in progressing to finishing.
The information was known when press conference with Game Producer Digital Happiness, Rachmad Imron. When he had a phone call from one of the film producers, it looks that a producer is interested in making a film based on DreadOut game. They asked Imron to come to Jakarta and make an agreement.
Imron said “we have to finish the game first then focus on the film”.
He said “it’s not the first time a producer called him to make an agreement in making the game to be a film”. He said there are so many producers who offer the same purposes.
The enthusiasm is predicted from the video demo of DreadOut game which was released since 31 March 2013. Is not only in Indonesia, but there are so many people around the world saw the video demo of DreadOut game. 1 million times the video demo of DreadOut has been watched by people in the world.
According to Imron, the company concerns in finishing the DreadOut game. Imron also said that the game will be released in 2013.
The story line of DreadOut game is about a high school student – Linda, who lost with her friends in the stranger village. Linda has to find her lost friends and she has to find out what is the mystery in that village. The horror aspect from this game is because Linda has to face so many ghosts. The only way to see those ghosts is using her phone.
So, we better keep be patient in playing this game. The game will be released this year so you better prepare yourself in playing this game. [NRZ]
