Softpedia.com - The Galaxy Premier leaked for the first time several weeks ago and we already know the smartphone’s full specs sheet and its form factor. Although we don’t have an exact release date of Samsung Galaxy Premier, it appears that the smartphone has just started to show up in adverts distributed in China.
SammyHub reports that this smartphone has just appeared in an ad in China, along with two other Galaxy smartphones. The phone is codenamed I9260, which comes in line with the latest rumors that indicate the Galaxy Premier will be released in China with this codename.
After the NCC certification a few days back, the phone has been spotted on a bus station ad in Guangzhou, China. The banner advertises the latest Galaxy range from Samsung which also includes two variants of Galaxy Premier bearing model numbers - I9260 and I9268. There’s no word on the release but given the fact that the phone has started appearing in ads, the release should be near.
The rumored specs include 1.5GHz dual-core processor, 1GB RAM, 8MP camera, Android 4.1 OS, 4.65-inch HD Super AMOLED display, microSD card slot and lots more.
No other details on the phone’s availability or price tag are provided in the ad, but we expect more info on the Galaxy Premier to emerge in the following days. [IS]
